Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love every Saged experience. Because our products are ritual-based, curated, and often digital, all sales are final except in cases of damaged items as described below.

 

Physical Goods (Ritual Boxes, Tools, Etc.)

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once items ship.
  • If something arrives damaged, email help@sagedapp.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or resolve at our discretion.
  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout (including PO Boxes or forwarding addresses) are considered completed deliveries.

 

Digital Products (Courses, Guides, Workshops)

  • Non-refundable once delivered (via email, download link, or account access).
  • Access logs and email delivery confirmations serve as proof of delivery.

 

Bundled / Hybrid Products (Physical + Digital)

  • Bundles that include both physical and digital components are final sale.
  • No refunds once the digital portion has been delivered, even if the physical portion is pending or declined.
  • If the physical item in a bundle arrives damaged, email help@sagedapp.com within 7 days with photos; we’ll address the physical component at our discretion. The digital portion remains non-refundable.

Disputes

  • We take fulfillment seriously and provide proof of delivery on all shipments.
